Tree Felling and Removal

Here at Marsh Tree Care Ltd, we love a challenge. We also love the opportunity to use our machinery expertise to conduct a controlled fell, at this job in the Peak District it was decided that it would be necessary. Using our expertise and careful assessment the team executed a precise and controlled fell using ropes and the truck mounted winch.

A controlled fell is a method that allows us to guide the direction a tree will fall once felled, usually with the use of wedges, ropes and sometimes winches. This allows us to tree surgeon to minimise the chance of damage to the surrounding area whilst keep themselves and their team safe.

By using this method, the Ash stem was brough to the ground in a safe and precise manner, using this procedure kept the feller and the rest of the team safe. We value the safety of our team and this is just one of the techniques we implement to ensure that.
